Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Orders that are:

Paid
Successfully processed before 12:00 PM PST typically ship the same business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.
All orders must be fully paid and cleared before they are released for shipment.
Shipping Methods
We offer multiple shipping options at checkout:
FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $200 (grand total)
USPS Priority Mail
FedEx 2-Day FedEx Overnight
Shipping speed refers to transit time after the order has shipped, not processing time.
Once your order leaves our facility, delivery time is determined by the selected carrier.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Atlas Peptide Research™ is not responsible for delays once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Incorrect addresses entered at checkout Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error Returned shipments due to incorrect address If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Carrier Delays
While we work to ship orders quickly,

Holidays
Mechanical or logistical delays
High shipping volume periods
Shipping timelines provided by carriers are estimates and not guarantees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package:

Atlas Peptide Research™ is not responsible for stolen packages once marked delivered by the carrier.
However, we will assist in filing claims when possible.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will review and may issue a replacement at our discretion.
Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any location where shipment of research materials may be restricted.
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations before ordering.
Order Changes & Cancellations Orders may only be modified or canceled if they have not yet shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or rerouted.
