Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If the claim is verified,
Atlas Peptide Research™ will issue a replacement shipment for the affected item(s).
We do not issue monetary refunds in these situations unless replacement inventory is unavailable.
Non-Delivery or Lost Packages
If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first.
Atlas Peptide Research™ is not responsible for:
Carrier delivery errors Stolen packages after delivery Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will review the case and may issue a replacement at our discretion.
Order Changes & Cancellations Orders may only be canceled or modified if they have not yet shipped.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
